After having spent a little time in Nicousa with the new group she was to travel with for the investigation, Nyrandisa had gone off on her own to get some personal time from them all. It wasn't that she didn't enjoy their company; she loved it, but she had been filled with memories of home from making her new little necklace and wanted some quiet time to reflect on home and just how she ended up here. After all, the memories of home were still sweet, even if bittered by bad tastes of banishment and her own personal downfall. She was also going to think about how exactly to atone and get permission to come back home.
Clasping the necklace, she closed her eyes. She intended for it to only be for a moment, but soon found herself taking a nap, her dreams of the good memories from home. Her wings and antenna jutting out from her robes fluttered softly as she napped.(edited)

Whoa, is that a butterfly Laguz?... wait, are there butterfly Laguz?
Kiera stood nearby, observing Nyrandisa. The whole of her being was just beyond fascinating to the Beorc woman. While trying to approach, she tripped and fell face-first with a loud THUD as her axe and small shield came crushing with her.

The Jera had been taking a nap. And in fact, she still was, even after the thud. However, the voice that came after the thudding sound caused her to groggily open one eye. Before here was some clutzy woman who had fallen with her weapons and armor. Rubbing her eyes to wake up more, Nyrandisa slowly 'stood' up and floated over to this other woman
"You okay?" she asked, her voice pretty high-pitched.

She couldn't help but to be mesmerized by the display.

Nyrandisa laughed when Kiera kept looking at her.
"What? See something you like?" She joked a little before holding a hand out.
"Now let's get you up; the ground doesn't suit anyone."

When that wild accusation was made, Nyrandisa rose an eyebrow before giggling a little bit.
"Me? A laguz? Please. I wouldn't even want to even think about becoming one. I'm a Jera."
She explained as she took her hood down to reveal her hair, which matched her wings in unnatural color.

"You've never heard of a Jera?" She asked, surprised. She knew they weren't common, but surely stories had been passed down somewhere along in her life.
"Well, we're pixies with butterfly aspects, hence your confusion for Laguz. We can use our innate abilities to provide support on the battlefield and fuel our own magical powers."

Nyrandisa nodded, her attenae bobbing as she did. "I see. Well, at least glad you got to actually meet one."
She held her own hand out, hovering in place.
"Name's Nyrandisa. Yours?"

She would be sure to commit that to memory. It was sure far different from her own reasons for joining this expedition. She stretched herself out and eased her muscles before saying
"Well, that's mighty noble of you. Well, I might go back to the rest of our group. I hadn't meant to take a nap, and I might be missing out on something good as a result."

"Sure; that can work." Nyrandisa responded as she led the way, being sure to take a pace that wasn't too slow, but not too fast either. She wasn't ready to over-exert herself right now.(edited)

"I'm to help with the team investigating the happenings with the money tree recently before I can even think of going back home. It might be a while before I return home, however."

The Jera hadn't even noticed that the Beorc(?) was clutching something in her hands. Instead, Nyra was focused on trying to get back to the group safely. Not that there was much that could harm them right now, though.
"Well, I don't have too much of a choice." she mumbled really softly to herself.
She turned to Kiera and said louder
"I think we all are. In a sense."
